La Cañita, which translates from Spanish to “little sugarcane,” is a restaurant that celebrates the food and flavor of tropical, sun-drenched destinations like Cuba, Jamaica, Haiti, Trinidad and Tobago, and Puerto Rico, along with influences from Central and South America.
